Services Offered

Modalities

I utilize Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR) and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), which are neuroscientific modalities that focus on intensively processing memories. Additionally, I use Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) which are talk therapies. Their respective uses are based on each client's needs and treatment plan.

Hourly-Therapy

I work with adults and sometimes include family members if it can benefit the client’s individual treatment. I do not provide couples or family therapy services.

Individual Hourly Therapy, regardless of the modality used, lasts around 55 minutes and is the format most are familiar with. All services are provided remotely.

The hourly rate is $135.00 and sessions are available Tuesdays through Thursdays. I accept BCBS, Aetna, VACCN, OPTUM, United Behavioral Health, and Lyra. I file insurance as a courtesy, whether in or out of network.

Extended Sessions

For those using DBR or EMDR, the standard one-hour session may not provide enough time to fully process and integrate complex memories or experiences. Extended sessions offer an opportunity for more comprehensive processing and resolution without interrupting the natural flow of processing.

While 2-hour sessions are most commonly requested, multi-hour sessions are also available. Many insurance companies reimburse up to 2-hour sessions, but typically do not cover multi-hour sessions. When billing extended sessions, the first two hours are billed to insurance (if covered), and any additional hours are billed directly to the client.

The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.
